Peter DeFazio Votes Against Students, while Art works to help Students

Art Robinson has taught many thousands of students at the k to 12, college undergraduate, and university graduate level. He has been and educator for 45 years and has authored award-winning advances in education that are used by home schooled and public schooled students.
By contrast, Peter DeFazio has never taught a student.
In Congress DeFazio has voted against:
- Merit pay for teachers
- Teacher testing
- Tenure reform
- Vouchers
- Charter schools
- Education savings accounts
- State waivers from federal rules
- Curriculum reform
DeFazio even voted against a voucher program for Washington D.C.s mostly African American students that has been shown to raise high school graduation rates and decrease costs.
DeFazio votes with “Big Education”, the alliance of union, political, and corporate interests that now control American schools. These special interests are skilled in diverting our education dollars into their own pockets and away from the teachers and the classrooms, but they are failing our students.
Big Education likes our schools just the way they are – falling further behind academically but enriching the special interests. DeFazio gets campaign support from these special interests. He then votes against efforts to improve the schools.
